Colby Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Science, a Diploma in Culinary Arts, and holds multiple continuing education credentials in holistic nutrition. She has also earned a Diploma in Dietary Supplement Science and Clinical Aromatherapy Certificate through the Franklin Institute of Wellness. She was a Chef Instructor at Viking Cooking School in Franklin for over 5 years. After learning to love local food and growing her own, she dove into herbalism. She is passionate about food and herbalism as she creates healing recipes from an evidence based perspective.
